TroubleshootingKKOS has quick acess to manuals for machine should you need it. Below are some troubleshooting tips should you be having minor issues with your copier, which sometimes are easily fixed without needing your service technician to come out.
Check for jams under large paper tray Is your paper curling? Paper can get moist just due to the humidity in the room, if paper is curling please try a fresh pack.
Check for paper or other obstructions in paper path.
Open sorter and carefully look for paper or pieces of paper Check the end of sorter bins for paper
Reset the copier by turning off, unplug sorter and copier, then plug back in, and turn on Look behind the large paper feeder Check under the drum area
Make sure paper is loaded correctly into the machine, be careful not to over-fill paper Check to see if the paper guides are in the right spot and not too tight or too loose
Check for miscellaneous foreign objects in the feeder entrance and exit, sometimes things like staples get left in the sheet and then get caught in the machine. And remember, card stock cannot be used in document feeders
